I usually masturbate once a day, because it relaxes me and makes me less stressed, but I feel kinda gross because I do it so often. Is it weird that I do it this often?

perfectly normal, personally i do it even a couple times a day and some days i go without it. honestly just whenever i feel in the mood to do it i just go for it. as long as it’s not interfering with anything. i’m so crazy sometimes i wake up in the middle of the night and do it while i’m like half asleep 😂 but then i’m like wait i’m sleeping i’ll just wait and pick this back up in the morning lol.
