I was going to have one or a sprinkle but would’ve had to do all of it myself and that sounded like too much work lol 😴😴😴

It depends on genders and age gaps to me. I plan to keep all of my baby stuff in case we have another girl in the next couple of years. I also bought gender neutral nursery furniture and stuff like swing, pack n play, car seat, etc to use for the next baby. However, my best friend has 3 boys..ages 4, 3, 2. They’re all 15-16 months apart and she had baby showers for all 3. If up to you! 
If you don’t want to “go all out” and have a baby shower, you could still create registries and post on social media for anybody interested in getting you stuff or just let people know you won’t be having one but you’re registered for a few things at these places. 
But if you want a baby shower for this baby, go for it! There is absolutely nothing wrong with having a baby shower for each.

Around here it’s considered rude to have consecutive showers. So I wouldn’t. 
People typically bring gifts when coming to see baby anyways. 
However, if you want one, go for it! If anyone has a problem w it they don’t have to come 🤷🏻‍♀️ it’s not like anyone is going to be like “why are you having a second shower that’s rude”

I am but only because baby #2 is a different gender. 
I kept a lot of my sons stuff for the last 3 years just in case we had another boy but now that we are having a girl we are basically starting over with the basics, ie. clothes, bottles and such.

Around here it’s not common to have a shower for your second child, or throw one for yourself, so no. 
But I still expect people will visit/send well wishes and anyone who wants to get something for babe#2 will. 
When visiting family and friends with multiple children I usually bring them a gift.

I didnt have a shower with my son but now im having a girl so i probably still would have...and my son is gonna be almost 6 when the babys born so theres a nice sized gap in btwn

I did but only because it was a girl and first baby was a boy. I wouldn't if they were both same sex. I'm not big on parties. 🤷‍♀️
