I'm 27 weeks pregnant with my first baby and I have been having period like cramps for the last week. I have had Braxton Hicks higher up and my doctor said as long as it's not constant for a few hours then it's fine but this feels totally different. I have also been having back pains for the past month and my doctor last week at my appointment checked to make sure that I wasn't dilating yet. Then just today at exactly 27 weeks 2 days I started seeing what looks like light pink mucus when I wipe after I use the bathroom. I'm concerned that I may be starting labor or something close. I don't know how to tell given this is my first. Someone please help so I know if I have to call my doctor soon.
