My boyfriend and I have been together for 9 months now and I’ve never felt the way I do now with him. They say you know when he’s the one and I KNOW it. He’s very emotionally distant though and he’s been through a lot in his past and I want to tell him I love him but I’m scared he may think it’s too early, or he doesn’t feel the same. I keep holding myself back for those reasons and the huge thing that women should never say it first. Should I be the first to say it though?
