I got in the bath tonight and noticed this. It itches SO bad. I dont scratch my stomach and no stretch marks there. I have no idea. Help! I'm 35 weeks and 5 days.

Nah its PUPPPS. Pregnancy rash i have it. Won't go away until after birth. Try some itch cream and oatmeal soap and oatmeal bath and aloe Vera

Looks like a rash to me. An allergic reaction. I keep getting covered in random rashes and hives and itch everywhere so I don't know what's normal anymore lol

Definitely a rash from something irritating your skin. Perfume, soap, laundry detergent. If you were outside working in the yard at all and maybe got some dirt down your top. Maybe heat rash from boobs/bra?

To me it looks like it could be an allergic reaction to maybe the pants you were wearing last? Or a rash from rubbing? Have you changed laundry soaps? Worn a new material?
