Should I worry?

So my daughter will be 4 months old on Friday. She also has an appointment that day for her 4 month shots. However, she's been extra fussy the last couple days. Last night she wouldn't sleep unless I was holding her. I nurse her to sleep and wait about 20-30 mins before I know she's really out and then lay her down. Usually that works but last night anytime I layed her down she woke up instantly and started crying. Today she feels a bit warmer than usual. I took her temperature and it's at 99.2. I guess I'm just wondering if her temp is okay and any advice you ladies might have.  T.I.A!

There is a 4 month sleep regression. That will explain her sleep issues. And her temp is fine. If you are concerned she is teething you can give her a small dose of Tylenol but her new found fussy/sleeplessness is due to this sleep regression. 
The 4 month sleep regression is a HUGE developmental leap for them. They actually start dreaming and having REM cycles. So she hasn’t learned to fall asleep on her own yet so when she is going thru her REM cycle she is waking and doesn’t know what to do. Usually if you are holding a baby for too long after they fall asleep then usually by time you go to put gem down they are moving on to the next stage of the cycle and are easier to wake. Which starts the fussy baby again. 
Like I said this is a huge leap for them. Usually lasts close to the entire month. So just try to survive and then start teaching her to fall asleep alone. Good luck! It does get better.

Her temp is okay a low fever is 100.2 she's okay you can  give her Tylenol. For her shots what I do with my girls is give them Tylenol 1 hour before their appointment and wait three hours after their appointment and give it to them that day every four hours and monitor closely.  My 11 week old does that too,  I nurse her to sleep and she will wake up what I do is wait an hour till she fully asleep and put her in her basinet. What I also do is she uses a pacifier see if she will accept one and what I also do with her if she's in her co sleep that's on my bed is I put my face close to her face 😂😂😂😂 and she goes back to sleep. I hope this works momma.  Both my daughters like to being held to sleep.  My 2 year old did until 4 months ago when we retranistioned her to her crib again.

If the doctor feels there’s a reason to worry he won’t give the shots.
