Gym at 30 weeks


I will be 30 weeks tomorrow and before I got pregnant I regularly went to the gym. I have suffered with morning sickness up until about 24 weeks and still have days where I’ll feel sick/get a migraine. I’ve been the gym about 4 times during the whole of my pregnancy and am only just feeling up to going again.

Is it too late to start going again as in is it too risky or would it be fine to re start, obviously taking it easy. I asked my midwife but she didn’t have much to say about it
