Miscarraige

Hi there everyone. I have two young girls ages 3 and 4 and i had a miscarraige back in july. Me and my partner was devistated as we was so excited to have a baby together as he is such a fantastic step dad to both my girls. We have been trying to conceive again but still no luck 💔 anyone have any ideas that may help?
