Wonder if anyone can help calm my thoughts! Im coming up with loads theories of what’s happening with my af. Iv been trying to get pregnant for the first time, for 2 years.

Af was due 8 days ago but the last few days iv been getting spotting mainly around the morning time. The spotting iv had no cramps or pain just bit of headache and nausea. But today (3rd day of spotting) i have on and off cramps back pain nausea headache, is this just an irregular af...confusedd any help please :D
