I've never used it but watched a YouTube video (egg whisperer/doctors) and it showed preeseed limiting sperm mobility and them struggling and dying. Now, I am not entirely sure if they used it property. I think you have to apply preeseed a but before sex and they just opened it and exposed the sperm to it. Either way, I'd go with a different lubricant. They suggested mineral oil.
