Could it be implantation pain?

So I’ve been trying to conceive for a few months now with no luck, either I wasn’t ovulating or it just didn’t happen. I’m 7 days before my period and I’m getting deep pelvic pain today. Could it be implantation?

Well from 5dpo I had mild cramps/ aches and on the 6fpo I had a sharpe pinching on the left side and been having mild cramp ever since im 12dpo and I got a negative but at suppose to start today  but googled implantation pinch and see what you find

Could it be implantation pain?
