Son who keeps getting “HARD”

My son is 3 yrs old and the last few days I’ve noticed he is sporting a woody and will come up to me and say “it’s hard” 😳 like OMG why he has gotten then when he was younger but not it’s been every day a few times a day. It it normal or should I be worried
