Naming early miscarriage baby?

I had an early miscarriage recently, I still feel numb, and keep wondering when the realization will fully hit- right now it just comes and goes. Feels like I’m walking in a (bad) dream.
Would it be strange to name my baby I miscarried? 
I know some people do... is it too early to do so?

do what helps you. 
in my case I didn't, it was so early on, like 5 weeks. it sucked I felt totally depressed but I just had to tell myself its actually really normal for that to happen, and it just wasn't the right time. I just try and ignore it happened even though I won't forget. (if that makes sense) 
if I had named it I feel like it would cause me constant pain and remembering. but again that's just me!
