I’ve been peeing myself !!

I’m currently 20 weeks and 5 days pregnant with baby number 2. I’ve been sick for almost 2 weeks and I’ve been constantly coughing and I pee myself so now I feel so gross is there anything I can do to stop peeing myself even when I’m not sick I’m peeing.
