Just ranting about my OB

So I’ve been going to a certain OB and he is great but the front desk service is so bad.. he doesn’t do the ultrasounds in his office which sucks so I have to go to the hospital to get it done but I have WellCare and Medicaid for insurance and they always require me to get an authorization to do any bloodwork and ultrasounds . I have been calling since Monday and they keep sending me back and fourth( they have two offices) to get the authorization and said they would call me back but they haven’t. So I decided to go into the office today and they said that the lady that is in charge of getting the authorizations won’t be here till next Monday. They should’ve told me that from the start😒 now I’m going to have to cancel my appointment for tomorrow. I’m thinking about just changing to a private OB (they do bloodwork and ultrasounds in the office) that I’ve read good things about. I just don’t know if I should since I’m already 20+5. What would you guys do? Sorry for rambling I’m just so annoyed lol
