Have any of y’all experienced sore nipples and cramping about a week before af?
I’m 9 days before my expected period and for some reason my nipples feel sore and dry. My boobs are sore, but that’s normal. Which my nipples have never felt sore before. Also, light cramping which is normal again but usually occurs 2 days before af and then the cramping will get more severe. I’m about 7 dpo (according to one of my apps). Could i just be ovulating late?
