Got to see our baby today! I'm 11wk6d, but measured in at 12wks2d today with a heartbeat of 142. I had a small SCH two weeks ago, and it's completely healed. So excited to see everything is going along perfectly, despite our situation.

We lost a third of our house during Hurricane Michael, while still inside, and are dealing with the stress and chaos that comes with dealing with insurance, mold, and finding out there were unknown safety issues with our home.

This has been far from the ideal pregnancy, but I know we are lucky to have what we have. I wanted to have the "fancy" announcement, as well as the one showing us taking it all in stride. This baby is giving us something to look forward to in all the chaos and heartbreak.
