How do you know when you have an Orgasm ?
What way or position will make you have one?

While I’m still kinda new to the topic, I do know it’s a weird feeling. The closest I got to an orgasm left me unable to think or walk. I couldn’t keep a coherent thought in my head, and I couldn’t stand/sit up (and I’m a mostly-coordinated person). I’m not sure if that helps.

You definitely would know. It doesn’t feel like anything else. I didn’t have one until I started masturbating and I’ve never had one from sex.
