Bartholin cyst

So I recently went to the doctor because after I had unprotected sex with a guy I was dealing with a few days later I started to have smelly milky thin discharge,itching, pain during urination, frequent urination. After I went to the doctor yesterday I found out that I had a rash and prescribed me medicine for both yeast infection and bv after taking a sample of my discharge. Tonight as I was taking a shower I took my finger to check and feel around the opening of my vagina And felt pus filled bump. Is it common to catch a Bartholin cyst during a yeast and bv infection ? My urine test for Gonorrhea and Chlamydia doesn’t come back until next week and I am worried.
