Connecting flight at 20 weeks
So I am traveling alone to my home country on a connecting flight total 13 hour journey. I'm a already an anxious person, but pregnancy makes it a bit too much at times.
I know about compression socks, walking around, staying hydrated.
Any other essentials that I might need or have helped you on such long haul flights. And how to stay calm 😕
