Baby Policy for the US
Denmark has one of the most generous baby policies in most of the wealthy countries. Basically the policy is that regardless of income, every child you have you will receive a child based income. So for example if Suzy has one child, every month she’ll receive $500 a month to take care of that child regardless of her employment status. Now the amount can vary, so someone whose very poor could get like $800 a month or someone rich could get $100. But there’s no real cap on children an you get it per child. Do you think America should have a similar policy to reduce reduce childhood poverty?
