Anyone plz

Well I am 9 weeks 5 days I had redish/dark red bleeding well not bleeding just when I wiped I should add I had sex that day and moved around a lot of walking didn’t rest and I also take pills in the vagina so I am thinking It was due to that I had no cramps just twinges I’m left side and I strain to use the bath room I called doctor he’s not worried the bleeding only happens when I wiped and only that once at 2:50am and nothing since an hour ago I wiped it was dark brown I hope this isn’t another Miscarriage I got to see the baby and hear the heart beat which was strong 188bpm at 9 weeks. 1 day anyone been in my shoes
