anyone ever have a cyst on ovary while pregnant?

I'm 8 weeks 4 days and had a scan for some spotting. they discovered a cyst on my left ovary. they said baby looked great and had a nice strong HB of 169, even got a picture!  I was just wondering if anyone has or has had a cyst during pregnancy.

Yes mine is on my right it produces hormones to keep baby going strong.

Everyone should according to my doctor it produces progesterone and normally pops around 10-12 weeks

Yep I had one too and it was so painful that I thought I was going through appendicitis or I had an ectopic pregnancy. It ended up just being a cyst! Everything is okay so far though and the doctor didn’t seem concerned.

Yes! I went to the ER around week 4 because of pain in my left abdomen. I legit thought it was ectopic. Ended up being a big cyst in my ovary. They are monitoring it and making sure it doesn’t get bigger but that’s it. It’s gone down since and doesn’t bother me as much now. I’m 9 weeks.
