Just hurting
So today I've been really nauseas and all above my belly button is hurting and just really uncomfortable. I've been cramping on and off and I feel his head going further down. I really don't know what is wrong. I don't think it is anything serious but don't know how to tell what in feeling or seem like I'm over reacting.
