How many naps do your one year old take and how long?

My son has worked his way down to one nap by 11 months. He sleeps about an hour at daycare during the week but on the weekends it’s about 2-2.5 hours at home. He usually goes down around 1030am. What about your 1 year olds??

2 naps. Usually 1.5-2 hours each. Sleeps 12 hours at night.

My girl just started taking 1 nap when she turned one (not mamas choice, hers 🤷🏻‍♀️) We’re still working on pushing it back to later in the day. Used to be a 9:30am nap, now we’ve got it to go from 11:00am till around 1pm

My son takes 2 naps both an hour and a half long

She usually goes down for a nap 3 hours after waking up. I feed her breakfast, give her a bottle and a fresh diaper before laying her down for the nap. And she’ll sleep 2-3 hours. But this is a new occurrence for us, up until a week ago, she was a 30 minute napped and only wanted the one nap, so she was a wreck in the evenings.

Austyn is still 1-2 naps. Most mornings she falls asleep to daycare(30 min drive). Then she sleeps an hour there usually about 1:30 for an hour and a half. If she only gets one nap she is a mad woman at 5pm. So I still aim for 2.
