My son is 9 years old and he has eczema on his arms.. I cant get rid of it because he won't stop scratching and then picking the scabs... this has been going on and off since he was a baby... I have done lotions, and baths.. I've done punishments to get him to stop picking.. I've done rewards to get him to stop... nothing has work... his arms and getting scarred up.. any advice????
