High blood pressure when I’m hot and anxious

I’m 37 weeks and I’ve been sent to l&d twice in the past two weeks due to elevated blood pressure at my doctors appointments. However, as soon as they see me down in l&d, my BP is fine, no proteins in my urine, and bloodwork comes back fine!

I noticed that both times that it was high, I was super hot and a bit anxious (scared to get my cervix checked, really hurt the first time 😞)

Anyone else have this issue with their BP? I don’t want to keep getting sent to l&d if i don’t have any problems... but also I understand that they would rather be safe. It’s just getting frustrating since all of my other numbers (and even my bp most of the time) look great!
