3day head ache

I'll be 19 weeks Monday but for the past 3 days I've had a headache I can't seem to shake I was drinking as much soda so I thought maybe it's a caffeine headache tried drinking soda and it didn't work before that I thought maybe I just need water so I drank a ton of water didn't help either I've tried Tylenol as a last resort but it never really worked before so it didn't work now either at this point IDK what to do anyone have any advice no mean comments pls tia
