My baby is ONE today. She has NEVER ate a full meal by herself. She always takes one or two bites and spits it out. The rest of the food she plays with and balls it up in her fists. It ends up on the floor after she mashes it up with her hands. She is TINY. Shes only 16 pounds and still fits into 6 month clothes. She breastfeeds. Pediatrician told me to start her on formula at her 9 month check up because of how underweight she is. She rejected all formula. She hates it. She only wants to breastfeed. Formula made her gag.. and I tried it all. My mother in law is giving me so much grief.. shes gone as far as calling my mom and tell her to tell me to start feeding my children. MIL has no friends and no life so my husband thinks I should let it slide 🤬. Any tips or tricks to get her to eat?? Both my kids hate sour fruit such as berries. They hate sweet but like savory. How do I get them to start enjoying more fruit (besides smoothies)?
