Ovaboost
Hi all, has anyone tried the supplement Ovaboost for egg quality/help with ovulation? I used it for a month with my first (now 2.5yo) and am starting up on it again to ttc number 2 shortly. I just can’t remember how often I took it. The bottle says to take four times a day but that seems like a lot. Just curious what everyone else’s experience is like! Thanks ahead of time!
