This is the back of my throat and it really hurts to swallow and talk sometimes. I’ve never had an issue with swallowing his cum before and this kinda looks like strep but idk. I have to go to the doctor to have it checked out and would they ask or find out if I’ve been messing around with my bf cause my mom doesn’t know that.. he doesn’t have strep though.. idkkk but help and please lmk if y’all have an idea

UPDATE: thanks everyone but I went to the doc and it’s just a tonsil infection but not strep and I’m taking antibiotics for it... BUT NOW I have these tiny bumps all around my mouth and chin and idk if it’s from the antibiotics or not, they just showed up and spread around today, any advice or ideas ???
