The struggle of going out in public

I’m currently 22+5 with twins and am feeling huge. Waddling down the street, taking a bus/train looking like this I get a lot of stares, but also a lot of questions. “Can’t be much longer now” “you look like you’re about to pop” “you’ve got your hands full there” etc

So many comments and questions especially when I have my other 2 daughters with me. Does anyone else get fed up with answering the same questions and having people make comments? I don’t know how much longer I can take all of these comments and answer anymore questions about how old I am and how I’m going to cope with 4 kids and whether or not the father is around
