can’t feed my baby

My son is a month old and I’ve been holding him to my breasts for an hour with him screaming and crying. He’s not getting enough milk. I want to die. I can’t even feed my child. does anyone know how I can increase my supply by a lot? I’ve tried tea and it didn’t work, and I’ll try pumping, but i need more ideas.. I don’t want to give up
