Post c section and exercise
Hello. I’m 9 weeks post c section and have started insanity workout program. It is intense and extremely hard but I’ve managed to get through a few videos. It’s only been a few days, but I’m wondering if it’s safe to workout at such a high intensity 9 weeks post c section. I’m staying safe while doing it and have incorporated a few modifications for some of the extreme stuff. Just curious as to what some of you moms out there think. I’ve done this program as well P90X before. I had the dvd lying around and thought why not. I figured P90X would be way too much for me right now. Anyways thoughts please...
