Anyone else?
3rd cycle on Femara. I'm only 6dpo and I already started spotting (super light and light brown--only there when I wipe). IB is extremely unlikely and I don't even want to hope just to be even more disappointed when I start early. Started feeling light cramping. Has this happened to anyone else with Femara?
