Pregnancy was alright. Labour and delivery was ridiculous and awful. Postpartum has kicked my ass.

Pregnancy was a breeze. Transitioning to motherhood was another story. I’m sitting here listening to my LO scream and cry as we try and get her to go to sleep knowing when she does fall asleep, she will wake in 20-30min crying again. Only to repeat this all night long. 4 month sleep regression is not for the faint of heart.

Pregnancy, labor, and post delivery were all hard for me. My baby was diagnosed with a bowel blockage at 29 weeks and at 32 weeks I started bleeding. I was on bed rest up until 38 weeks when another bleed led them to induce. I started hemorrhaging during the induction process and had to have an Emergency C-section. Two days after she was born she had to have surgery to repair her bowels. Pain wise it was smooth sailing. Even my recovery from the c-section was great but mentally the whole process was the hardest thing I ever went through. When I found out about her blockage, I was scared for her having surgery and having to start her life like that and when I started bleeding I was terrified I had lost her. When she was born she had surgery and spent a month in the NICU. I seriously think I have PTSD from my experience and even though I would like another child it will be a long time before I'm mentally ready

Conceived one month after my wedding, pregnancy was pretty easy aside from sore feet and heartburn, labor and delivery was great other than being in labor for 48 hours, and postpartum was a breeze. 
Don’t know how I managed to luck out with everything being fairly easy. I will say though that losing the weight and breastfeeding is not easy at all.

Pregnancy was rough for me and I do have hard times post partum but labor and delivery was so hard on me with my third LO. I had all natural birth with all three and unfortunately, each baby was just harder. I cried to my husband with my third, I can’t do it anymore. Knowing I didn’t have the choice to give up, I just did not want to do it anymore.

Being a FTM, postpartum can definitely be difficult at times but I’d definitely have to say pregnancy for me.. had hyperemesis so bad for half of it, couldn’t work, was in and out of the hospital and doctors appointments. Was pretty traumatizing honestly
