To start, I’m 3 months pregnant...So my parents called me today to tell me that my niece was diagnosed with fifths disease yesterday (Friday) which they found out about after she was sent home from school with a fever and doc confirmed it. I saw her last Sunday so of course I’m now freaking out that it could have already been present and I was kissing all over her. And, to add to that it’s Thanksgiving next week and I’m freaking out that I won’t be able to go to my families bc of it. I have read it can stay in your system for 4-12 days. Has anyone had experience with this or know much about it who can give me some insight on what I should do? Thanks.
