The first picture just looks weird. Way different from the second one that was only a few days earlier.

My daughters mouth always came out looking crazy in ultrasounds  lol. Turns out she was always sticking out her tounge! And STILL DOES, when shes focused and concentrating! Lol

I dont think anything is wrong you are just very early on features are still working themselves out. 
Mine at 12 weeks and then at 31 weeks

this was a picture of my son at 21 weeks. i was so scared that he was going to look like a monkey when he was born lol. rest assured, he came out as cute as can be. ultrasounds make images look a little strange sometimes
