But at a physical do they test for pregnancy? I gave them a urine sample

Some months mt boobs and lower back will hurt the whole month and I was like hmm pregnancy ? But they said everything was fine but I didn’t ask them to take a pregnancy test. Just a gurl asking 4 help lol
