My baby daddy was taken off the birth certificate and her last name was changed to mine. He is now trying to contact me and threatening to take me to court to see her. He has messaged me before and told me he was gonna overdose at one point and then another day he told me he was gonna take so much drugs to put himself under. He also told me his parents are taking me to court for grandparent visitations. I don’t want him anywhere near us. He hasn’t contacted us in a month and now all of a sudden he is doing all this. He does have a 7 year old who he has no custody of and his ex wife took him to court multiple times to get child support from him and stuff. Will the judge grant him anything or what about his parents can they do that?
