Help?
So I've been up for about 2 hours now with a crampy belly and pains in my right side. I have a litte diarrhea and it HURTS to lay down. Any ideas what might be causing this? I was thinking I was just about to get some terrible gut clearing diarrhea but after 2 hours it's barely cleared any out and when I stand up from the toilet have tons of pressure
