You could just say "saw your posts, hope everything's okay, let me know if there's anything I can do to help" 
Then leave it. If she does ask you for anything then make that judgement call. I also have a "friend" like this and she's been okay but still very self centred 
So just tread lightly, is all I can advice.

Avoid, unless you think she may be suicidal and want to help. Then again, she may drag you down. She could possibly be toxic and that’s for sure something to avoid.

Some people who do that want attention from a lot of people I had friends who did that and they just tell me they wanted attention so they feel important you can text her saying if she’s okay but she gonna probably think oh I’m important cause I’m getting all these text messages because of my post

Pay attention to if she returns to the guy all the time in the past in spanish theres a saying that who ever gets into relationship drama always ends up pooped on because they get back together nd all thr bad things said and done become forgotten but not what you said or did
