Hospital or no🤔

Hi ladies I’m a ftm and I’m curious if I need to go ahead n go to the hospital or wait till I can’t no more.

So this morning around 5 I had horrible cramps in my lower abdomen and pain in my pelvic area... I could barely walk... it was so painful.... I took a Tylenol and had some water the pain went done some but now I just feel sore.... I can walk alil but not for long. On Thursday I was dilated 1 cm.... wat should I do any advice??
