Breastfeeding supplements
Anybody taking any supplements? I don’t have a breast pump so I’m not sure if I’m producing enough milk or not cause my son either eats a lot or I’m not producing enough milk lol I wanted to try diff things to help my milk supply, any recommendations? I’ve heard of milky mama and I’m pretty much sold on it but does anybody have reviews on it that they’ve experienced themselves? Please help!
