Anyone in a couple have full time jobs and kids?

Basically me and my boyfriend have a 2yr old
We want to both go to work full time
Financially we will be so much better, 
but I feel mean putting my baby in full time nursery, am I being selfish?

It’s not mean. You have to support your family. I would just do your research and tour the place where you’re planning on having your child stay; it’s a big decision.

The biggest thing for me would be comparing the cost of both working full time vs daycare. If one of the salaries is only covering the day care costs then you need to decide if that’s worth it. Do each of you also have your own transportation to get back and forth to your jobs?

We just work different shifts so that someone is always home. Iv heard to many horror stories to put my kid in daycare, but I'm a worrier! Especially with the news lately for example that 10 yr old killing that 6 month old at daycare by stomping his head.
We make it work with 4 kids and we are due in april with #5 my youngest right now is 19 months old. Technically only one of us would have to work full time cause we own our house and only have to pay utilities but it is nice having extra money. 
I work nights and he works days and I sleep in the afternoons when he gets home. We don't see each other as much as I like but it's only temporary till the youngest 2 are in school then we can both work days.

I don’t think it’s selfish. My husband and I both work full time. We gotta pay the bills and both of us enjoy our jobs. I worked hard to get where I am and I don’t want to give it up, even if it’s only for a few years. Maternity leave drove me a little crazy, I’m not made mentally to be a SAHM, so to do what’s best for me and my family I work too.
