Endometriosis & PCOS
Having both of these has caused my menstrual cycle to be extremely long and exhausting. I'm on day 21 and it's just now slowing down! Anyone else suffer like this?

Also I haven't told my boyfriend about me having endometriosis and PCOS so he thinks that its just an extremely long one this month, how did y'all tells y'all's significant other about this?
