Contraction Counting Question????
Ladies, when you count/counted your contractions, did you count the hard ones only or the mild and hard together??? I have know idea what's right, mild ones are pretty consistent with the God help me ones in the mix every 20min or so.... This is laying down too.... Insight is much appreciated 😫
