scabs from my old razor or herpes?

i should note that i did shave with a very dull old razor. it does not hurt when i pee and does not itch and there are no weird smells. i’m scared that i have herpes and i have no idea how i would tell my mom to take me to the doctor for this. i’m so scared. any advice ?

That doesn't look like its from your razor.
You need to go get tested for herpes.
Swab test can be done within 48hours,after 48hours the results are inaccurate. 
IGM blood test is for recent exposure within 7-10days. 
IGG blood test is the most reliable blood test. This test looks for antibodies in the blood and it takes 13-16 weeks after exposure to get a positive. 
Do not let your doctor do PCR blood test, this is the wrong test and will get inaccurate results.

It honestly looks like ingrown hairs after shaving and irritation from it coming back in. But it never hurts to go ge checked just in case
