Asa - Gender neutral?

Question

Hey all! We are looking for FAMILY names for baby 3 (TTC). We love the name Asa (pronounced “Ace-a”, long A first, short A second), which is traditionally a male name, but I also like it for a girl. Opinions??
Siblings are Jackson and Eloise.

I really like Asa for a lady. The only thing that comes to mind with the other names - there are a lot of options for nicknames the kids can choose for themselves... Asa doesn't have that option. I'd consider a longer name with Asa as a nick name. Melissa, Jessalyn, or Aslynn could all be shortened to Asa among many other names. Good luck!

I love the name Asa. There is a lot of historical significance for that name too if your interested in that sort of thing. I think it’s beautiful for both boys and girls. If you’re worried about it sounding too masculine, you could always add a more feminine middle name.

I definitely prefer Asa for a boy. It's a great traditional but unusual name on a boy, but on a girl (in my opinion) it feels more like a knockoff Ava, made up and trendy instead of classic. 
I love Josephine from your girl list, but really I think Georgia would go best with big siblings' names. For boys I love Asa or Felix. Congrats!
