I need help!

Okay so! I had a D&C on October 7th for a MMC. I had a short period on 10/18-10/20. I ovulated on 10/29 for sure. Positive opk and temp change on chart. I have what I assume is AF on 11/12. So I am on CD 7 my cycles are usually 26 days long. I started testing for ovulation today since I was having so much ewcm I woke up soaked this morning. I got a positive opk at 2 pm! So I'm like that's weird. We DTD just in case a little later I was curious because I have heard you can get a positive opk of you're pregnant. So I test. I get a vfl but it showed immediately! I'm freaking out! I know it's not left over HCG because I had my HCG and progesterone tested at 7 dpo this past cycle and my HCG was less than 1 and progesterone was 10. I'm so effing confused. Can someone shed some light PLEASE! Below are my opk hpt and chart.
